Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Each item is custom-made and engraved to your specifications, which means we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for a refund.
Exceptions
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and will happily provide a replacement for any item with a confirmed defect. This includes items with manufacturing errors or incorrect engravings that differ from your original order.
Defective or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 21 days of the delivery date. To initiate a replacement, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost to you. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may require you to return the original item.
Incorrect Engravings: We are not responsible for typos or errors in the text you provide. Please double-check your custom engraving before placing your order. If the error is on our end, we will send a new item with the correct engraving, free of charge.
