Why Tungsten Rings

Tungsten carbide sits among the hardest materials ever used in ring-making — ranked approximately 9 on the Mohs hardness scale and roughly ten times harder than 18K gold. Tungsten carbide is also naturally waterproof and tarnish-resistant — there is no chemical reaction with moisture, no darkening from skin contact, no gradual loss of colour. For Singapore's climate in particular, that corrosion resistance is not a luxury feature but a practical one. Tungsten carbide is four times harder than titanium and twice as hard as steel, 10 times harder than gold.

Care Instructions

  • Gently wipe the bands with a clean, soft microfiber cloth to swiftly remove fingerprints, surface oils, or dust.

  • Clean periodically using warm water and a few drops of mild soap, ensuring you rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft towel.

  • Avoid exposing the rings to harsh industrial chemicals, bleaching agents, or abrasive cleaning compounds.

  • Store each piece individually inside a fabric-lined compartment or separate protective pouch to prevent the ultra-hard exterior from contacting softer fine jewelry.
